• Develop multiple complex Crystal XI report templates integrated with MS-SQL stored procedures. Some templates generate up to 114 different reports based on parameters entered at run time.
• Develop and support back end process to generate annual Tax composite reports for 48 tax jurisdictions. Using Crystal reports and massive MS-SQL.
• Develop modules on C#, ASP.NET and .NET framework
• Write backend programs using VisualBasic 6, RDBMS (MS_SQL), C++ and C#
• Write front end programs using ASP, HTML, VBScript, C#, JavaScript, ADO, XML and XSLT for IIS
• Development of UNIX Korn shell scripts.

• Analyzed, designed, modified, implemented and supported front and back end modules for Internet, Intranet, and Extranet applications using multiple technologies and operating systems.
• Wrote CGI programs in C under UNIX with embedded Apertus Enterprise and Sybase ct_library calls.
• Wrote web pages using HTML with embedded JavaScript, as well as, Active Server Pages (ASP) with embedded JavaScript, VBScript and DBO/ADO calls. Use cookies, FORMs, FRAMEs and all advanced features. All pages were fully compatible with NETSCAPE & MS Internet Explorer. Some pages initially created with MS Front Page or written using CodeWright or InterDev.
• Involved with the development of Word macros and the purchase of Multilinker plus a customized addition for word-to-PDF document conversions. (Over 25,000 documents and manuals are available for subscribers to the ISO’s extranet web site).


SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

April 1994 to March 1995

• Assisted, by phone, users nationwide to install, use and trouble shoot the Doctors Office Manger II for IBM-PCs under stand-alone or network environments (Novell & PC-Lan). Suggested hardware & software purchases.
• In charge of the testing process of last release.
